Stephen Neyman is a Massachusetts criminal defense lawyer with the experience and knowledge that protects client’s rights and their futures. He has obtained dismissals and not guilty verdicts in hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases, including possession of marijuana, cocaine, heroin and other controlled substances, drug trafficking, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, sales of drugs near or in school zones, and more.

Stephen Neyman represents people from every walk of life, including career criminals, prominent members of Massachusetts’s business community, CEOs of large corporations, professionals, college students, blue collar workers, office employees, and immigrants.  His vigorous defense of clients has resulted in many dismissed cases, and because of his knowledge of both the law and the system, many of his clients will never have a criminal record.

Mr. Neyman began practicing law in the criminal and civil litigation department of Wilhelm, Thompson, Wentholt and Gibbs, one of the San Francisco area’s leading criminal law firms.  He further developed his skills in criminal law as a Deputy District Attorney in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, the country’s largest inner city District Attorney’s office. Mr. Neyman successfully prosecuted hundreds of cases of crimes committed by members of the infamous gangs of South Central and Southeast Los Angeles, from drug offenses to murders.  

In 1990, Mr. Neyman moved to Massachusetts and founded this law practice, with a focus on criminal defense work.
