Saugus

Saugus is an Essex County town with a population of 26,078 and a total area of 11.8 square miles. Originally, Saugus contained Lynn, Lynnfield, Swampscott, Nahant, Wakefield and Reading, but modern day Saugus was incorporated as a town in 1815. Saugus is home to Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site, which was North America's first integrated ironworks.
